so we're borrowing todd & christa's car for a few months while they're in africa...and we just opened up the glove compartment and out fell a handicapped parking permit. for the record, i'm not sure who's this is or where it came from, or if I should even be touching it, but... well, let me just say...i don't know how long i've tried getting my hands on one of these! how exciting!
